Solution Details The Pop-up Blocker blocks the pop-up windows. The pop-up windows appear when you click a hyperlink or button on a Web page. The pop-ups include messages or graphics related to advertisements or other information. The pop-up windows do not appear when you disable them for particular Web sites. You can customize the pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups on specific sites. The Gateway client receives the above error when the Pop-up Blocker is turned on for all Web sites. To resolve the error: 1) Open Internet Explorer. 2) From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Pop-up Blocker'. 3) Click 'Pop-up Blocker Settings'. (The 'Pop-up Blocker Settings' dialog box appears.) 4) Enter the appropriate address of the Web page in the 'Address of Web site to allow' box. 5) Click 'Add'. 6) Click 'Close'. |
