Solution Summary Click 'Start' and select 'Programs'. Click 'Citrix' and select 'MetaFrame Conferencing Manager'. Click 'Conferencing Manager Configuration Tool'. Click the 'E-Mail Client Integration' tab. Enter the full path to the 'Notes.ini' file. Click 'OK'. |
Solution Details MetaFrame Conferencing Manager enables you to share published applications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes. However, you may not be able to open Lotus Notes as a published application on the client device. The permission denied error occurs while you try to open Notes. 
To resolve the error:
1) Click 'Start' and select 'Programs'.2) Click 'Citrix' and select 'MetaFrame Conferencing Manager'. 3) Click 'Conferencing Manager Configuration Tool'. 4) Click the 'E-Mail Client Integration' tab. 5) Enter the appropriate path to the 'Notes.ini' file. NOTE: The 'Notes.ini' file is located where Notes is installed on your computer.6) Click 'OK'. |
