Solution Details Citrix published applications can also be accessed via a Web interface known as NFuse. NFuse enables you to access a published application on your machine. When you click the application icon, sometimes the Launch.ica file is downloaded from the Web server but not saved to the local disk. To resolve the problem: 1) On the client device, open Internet Explorer. 2) From the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box appears.) 3) Click the 'Advanced' tab. (The 'Advanced' tab appears.) 4) From the 'Security' section, clear the 'Do Not save encrypted pages to disk' check box. 5) Click 'Apply'. 6) Click 'OK'. 7) Open the NFuse browser cache. 8) Click the 'General' tab. (The 'General' tab appears.) 9) From the 'Temporary Internet files' section, click 'Delete Files'. 10) From the 'MSconfig/General' tab, select 'selective start option'. 11) Clear 'load startup' items. 12) Click 'Apply'. 13) Click 'OK'. 14) Restart the system. |
