Solution Details Banner Advancement uses Function Affiliation AEAAFIL form for the Event Management module. Function Affiliation Form is used to affiliate a function with campaigns, designations, and prospect management projects. However, there are some prerequisites, such as the Advancement System must be installed, the event must exist, and the function must exist. Affiliations help you track the fund-raising efforts associated with a function. The Function Affiliation AEAAFIL form has to be configured to allow functions to be scheduled for that particular day. For example, the AEAAFIL form must be configured to allow function scheduling on a Sunday. 
To resolve this problem:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press Enter. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'AEAAFIL'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Function Affiliation AEAAFIL' form appears.) 7) Select the 'Sun' check box. 8) Save the changes. |
