Solution Details The Advancement Individual/Organization Comment APACOMT form enables you to add and maintain comments for an ID. You can assign a confidential status to a comment to display the comment only to the comment originator and the comment supervisor. Other users cannot view confidential comments. 
To display comments:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press ENTER. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'APACOMT'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Advancement Individual/Organization Comments APACOMT' form appears.) 7) Enter the appropriate ID. 8) For the appropriate comment, clear the 'Confidential' check box. 9) Save the changes. |
