Solution Details The pop-up blocker and security has been provided in Internet Explorer to protect the computer against unauthorized access. To download JInitiator automatically in Internet Explorer, the Pop-up blocker must be disabled and the security settings must be low. You will be unable to download JInitiator if the Internet Explorer settings are not set to defaults. To allow download of JInitiator: 1) Open 'Internet Explorer'. 2) From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Pop-up Blocker'. 3) Click 'Turn Off Pop-up Blocker'. 4) From the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box appears.) 5) Click the 'Advanced' tab. (The 'Advanced' tab appears.) 6) Click the 'Restore Defaults' button. 7) Click the 'Security' tab. (The 'Security' tab appears.) 8) From the 'Select a Web content zone to specify its security settings' section, select 'Internet'. 9) From the 'Security level for this zone' section, click the 'Custom Level' button.
