Solution Details Jar file is a ZIP file used to distribute a set of Java classes and to store compiled Java classes and associated metadata that can constitute a program. Cookies are small text files downloaded onto a visitor's computer hard drive to store the visitor's actions in order to better customise their following visits. They also holds information on the times and dates you have visited web sites. They are delivered from a Web site to the client's browser. These files may create display problems and need to be deleted. To resolve the problem: 1) Click 'Start' and click 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)  'Control Panel' window 2) Double-click 'JInitiator 1.3.1.21'. (The 'JInitiator Control Panel' dialog box appears.) 'JInitiator Control Panel' dialog box3) Click the 'Cache' tab. (The 'Cache' tab appears.) 'Cache' tab 4) Click the 'Clear JAR Cache' button. (A message appears to delete the JAR cache.) 5) Click 'Yes'. 6) Close the 'JInitiator Control Panel' dialog box. 7) Double-click 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Properties' dialog box appears.)
