Solution Details

To use WebCT you need to login to the site. Internet Explorer settings should be appropriate that they support the WebCT site. At times, while logging in to WebCT site, an error occurs and you are unable to login.
To resolve the problem:
1) Open Internet Explorer.
2) From the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'.
3) Click the 'Advanced' tab.
4) From the 'Browsing' section, clear the 'Show friendly HTTP error messages' check box.
5) Click 'OK'.
