Solution Summary Open the Internet browser. Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. Enter the appropriate user name and password. Press Enter. In the 'Go To' box, enter 'ADADESG'. Press ENTER. Select the appropriate designation. Clear the 'Restrict' check box for the appropriate designation. Save the changes. |
Solution Details The Designation (ADADESG) form in SCT Banner Advancement enables you to view information regarding a designation. A designation's information regarding financial aid, attributes, header, and finance is displayed on the ADADESG form. You can configure the Designation form for restricting or allowing any financial transaction for a particular designation after a fiscal year ends. 
To allow financial transaction:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press Enter. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'ADADESG'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Designation ADADESG' form appears.) 'Designation ADADESG' form7) Select the appropriate designation. 8) Clear the 'Restrict' check box for the appropriate designation. 9) Save the changes. |
