Solution Summary Double-click the 'Bookshelf' icon. From the 'Edit' menu, click 'Preferences'. In the 'Categories' list box, click 'Startup'. In the 'Maximum documents in most-recently used list' box, enter the desired number of documents to be displayed. Click 'OK'. |
Solution Details Bookshelf allows you to access user and technical documentation on SCT Banner 7.0. Bookshelf uses the portable document format (pdf) to display the documents. Bookshelf also displays a list of most recently used documents in the File menu, to provide you with quick access to most recently used documents. You can configure bookshelf to display the desired number of most recently used documents. 
To display more than one document:
1) Double-click the 'Bookshelf' icon. (The 'Bookshelf' window appears.)2) From the 'Edit' menu, click 'Preferences'. (The 'Preferences' dialog box appears.)  'Preferences' dialog box3) In the 'Categories' list box, click 'Startup'. (The 'Startup' screen appears.) 'Startup' screen4) In the 'Maximum documents in most-recently used list' box, enter the desired number of documents to be displayed. TIP: To show a splash screen during the application startup, select the 'Display splash screen' check box.5) Click 'OK'. |
