Cause of Problem

The problem occurs because messages for attributes have not been assigned priority.

Access the 'System Administration Menu'. Expand the 'Web Applications' node. Expand the 'E-mail' node. Click 'Default Messages'. Click the up and down arrow buttons next to the message titles to change the priority of message attributes. Click the 'Done' button.
Solution Details

The System Administration Center in Luminis enables you to create and customize e-mails and features related to e-mails. The messages are not displayed for all the users if they are assigned an inactive state or if the attributes of the message are not intended for all users. Certain users might have multiple attributes assigned. For example, an employee can also be a student in the night college. Messages of an attribute with the highest priority are displayed above messages of all other attributes in the message list.
To assign priority:
1) Access the 'System Administration Menu'.
2) Expand the 'Web Applications' node.
