Solution Summary Open the Internet browser. Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. Enter the appropriate user name and password. Press ENTER. In the 'Go To' box, enter 'ROAFSAP'. Press ENTER. Select the 'Automatic Zero EFC' check box for the appropriate record. Save the changes. |
Solution Details SCT Banner Financial Aid is used to manage information related to the aid assigned to students. Students can view all the information related to the aids on the Web. The FISAP Person Maintenance (ROAFSAP) form contains information regarding a student's financial status. Students without any contribution from the family are assigned the zero Expected Family Contribution (EFC). 
To automatically assign EFC:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press ENTER. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'ROAFSAP'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'FISAP Person Maintenance ROAFSAP' form appears.) 'FISAP Person Maintenance ROAFSAP' form7) Select the 'Automatic Zero EFC' check box for the appropriate record. 8) Save the changes. |
