Solution Details The SCT Banner Human Resources allows you to perform tasks, such as manage payroll, work with budgeting policies, and keep a track employee attendance. The Spreadsheet Budgeting application for Human Resources is used to manage information related to salary and position using Microsoft Excel. Spreadsheet Budgeting is an add-in program and Excel must be configured before you can use it with SCT Banner for spreadsheet budgeting. 2) From the 'Tools' menu, click 'Add-Ins'.
