Solution Summary Open the Internet browser. Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. Enter the appropriate user name and password. Press ENTER. In the 'Go To' box, enter 'TSATERM'. Press ENTER. From the 'Show Totals for' list, select the 'Adjusted Account Balance' option. Save the changes. |
Solution Details Accounts Receivable allows you to define the rules governing the display of student's account information on the Self Service page for the selected term. The institution can decide whether to display information such as installment plans and balance amount for the specified term. Authorized financial aid is the aid that has been authorized but not yet disbursed to the students. The difference between the student's account balance and the authorized financial aid is termed as adjusted accounts balance. You might need to view the adjusted account balance for a student and Accounts Receivable can be configured to display it. 2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. 4) Press ENTER. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.) 5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'TSATERM'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Accounts Receivable Term Control TSATERM' form appears.) 7) From the 'Show Totals for' list, select the 'Adjusted Account Balance' option. 8) Save the changes. |
