Solution Summary Login to SCT Banner 7.0. In the 'Go To' box, enter 'APACONS'. Press ENTER. In the 'New Cross Reference' box, enter a new cross reference code or '-'. Open the 'Advancement Identification APAIDEN' form. In the 'Marital Status' box, enter the appropriate code. Save the changes. |
Solution Details The advancement feature in SCT Banner helps to maintain, plan, and evaluate information about a person and organization. The Advancement Individual Information (APACONS) form in the Advancement module of SCT Banner 7.0 allows you to store and maintain information about a person's income, occupation, details of family, and spouse. 
The information in the APACONS form allows you to change the person with a Banner ID into an advancement individual. The information about a person's spouse associated with the Banner ID can be also managed with the APACONS form.
To activate an inactive marital status:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press ENTER. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'APACONS'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Advancement Individual Information APACONS' form appears.) 7) In the 'New Cross Reference' box, enter a new cross reference code or '-'. NOTE: This function deletes the existing cross reference relation.8) Open the 'Advancement Identification APAIDEN' form. 9) In the 'Marital Status' box, enter the appropriate code. 10) Save the changes. |
