Solution Summary Open the Internet browser. Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. Enter the appropriate user name and password. Press ENTER. In the 'Go To' box, enter 'APAIDEN'. Press ENTER. Enter appropriate ID. Click the 'E-mail' tab. Select the 'Display on Web' check box. Save the changes. |
Solution Details The advancement feature in SCT Banner helps to maintain, plan, and evaluate information about a person and organization. Advancement Individual and Organization Data Entry forms allow you to manage and store an individual's or an organization's information. 
Advancement Identification (APAIDEN) form in the Advancement module of SCT Banner is used to store and manage any individual's or organization's information, such as address, e-mail, biographical data, and telephone numbers. The Advancement module can be configured using the APAIDEN form to display an individual's e-mail address on the web so that others can view it.
To update an organization's information:
1) Open the Internet browser.2) Enter the appropriate URL and press ENTER. 3) Enter the appropriate user name and password. NOTE: If the environment requires, enter the appropriate database.4) Press ENTER. (The 'SCT Banner' main menu appears.)  'SCT Banner' main menu5) In the 'Go To' box, enter 'APAIDEN'. 6) Press ENTER. (The 'Advancement Identification APAIDEN' form appears.) 'Advancement Identification APAIDEN' form7) Enter the appropriate ID. 8) Click the 'E-mail' tab. (The 'E-mail' tab appears.)
