Solution Details Bookshelf allows you to access user and technical documentation on SCT Banner 7.0. Bookshelf uses the Portable Document Format (PDF) to display documents. Bookshelf can be used to print the desired documents locally. Bookshelf can be used to search all the documents. Advanced search allows you to specify options such as whether to make the search case sensitive, match whole words, or include attachments in the search. Advanced search options enable you to streamline the search. To make advanced search as the default search: 1) Double-click the 'Bookshelf' icon. (The 'Bookshelf' window appears.) 2) From the 'Edit' menu, click 'Preferences'. (The 'Preferences' dialog box appears.) 3) In the 'Catgories' list box, click 'Search'. (The 'Search' screen appears.) 4) Select the 'Always use advanced search options' check box. 5) Click 'OK'. |
