Banner session disappears when a new Website is opened in SCT Banner 7.0.
Cause of Problem

The problem occurs because Internet Explorer is not configured to open a Web page in a new window.

Click 'Start' and select 'Control Panel'. Click the 'Network and Internet Connections' icon. Click the 'Internet Options' icon. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Clear the 'Reuse windows for launching shortcuts' check box. Click 'OK'.

SCT Banner Web pages provide links to many other Websites and forms. Internet Explorer can be configured to open new pages in an existing Internet Explorer window or in a new window. If you click a link in SCT Banner and Internet Explorer is configured to open new pages in an existing Internet Explorer window, the SCT Banner window is closed and new window is opened.
To open link in a new window:
1) Click 'Start' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
