Solution Details SCT Banner Web pages provide links to many other Websites and forms. Internet Explorer can be configured to open new pages in an existing Internet Explorer window or in a new window. If you click a link in SCT Banner and Internet Explorer is configured to open new pages in an existing Internet Explorer window, the SCT Banner window is closed and new window is opened. To open link in a new window: 1) Click 'Start' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)  'Control Panel' window2) Click the 'Network and Internet Connections' icon. (The 'Network and Internet Connections' window appears.) 'Network and Internet Connections' window3) Click the 'Internet Options' icon. (The 'Internet Properties' dialog box appears.)
