Solution Details Metaframe Conferencing Manager has user interface and conference room components, which run published applications on servers. Participants can connect to the applications using the client devices. To access the conference room component: 1) Launch 'Configuration Tool'. 2) Click the 'External Conference Service' tab. 3) Enter '0' in the 'Total accounts' box. 4) Click 'OK'. 5) Click 'Start', and click 'Run'. (The 'Run' dialog box appears.) 6) Enter 'regedit' in the 'Open' box. 7) Click 'OK'. (The 'Registry Editor' window appears.) CAUTION: Making incorrect changes in the registry can cause serious problems that may require re-installation of the operating system. 8) From the tree view, expand 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE'. 9) Expand 'SOFTWARE'. 10) Expand 'Citrix'. 11) Expand 'CMCM'. 12) From the 'Edit' menu, select 'New'. 13) Click 'Key'. 14) Enter 'VisitingAttendee'. 15) From the 'Edit' menu, select 'New'. 16) Click 'DWORD Value'. 17) Enter 'DoNotDisableAccountsAndChangePasswords'. 18) Select 'DoNotDisableAccountsAndChangePasswords'. 19) From the 'Edit' menu, click 'Modify'.
