Right-click 'Ctx_SmaUser' account, and click 'Set Password'. Open 'Services'. Double-click 'Citrix Print Manager service'. |
Solution Details Print Manager enables administrators to change paper size, bin, and other printer properties. The presentation server accesses the Print Manager service to print the required documents. 2) Click 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.) 3) Double-click 'Administrative Tools'. (The 'Administrative Tools' window appears.) 4) Double-click 'Computer Management'. (The 'Computer Management' console appears.) 5) Select 'Local Users and Groups'. 6) Click 'Users'. 7) Right-click the Ctx_SmaUser account, and select 'Properties'. 8) Select the 'User cannot change password' check box. 9) Select the 'Password never expires' check box. 10) Click 'OK'. 11) Right-click the 'Ctx_SmaUser' account, and click 'Set Password'. 12) Enter a new password. 13) Click 'Start', and click 'Run'. (The 'Run' dialog box appears.) 14) Enter 'services.msc' in the 'Open' box. 15) Click 'OK'. (The 'Services' window appears.) 16) Double-click 'Citrix Print Manager service'. 17) Click the 'Log On' tab. 18) Enter the new password in the password fields. 19) Start the Print Manager service. |
