Solution Details Pop-up windows are smaller than the browser window and appear on the screen when a link is clicked or a new browser window is opened. Many programs uses pop-up windows. Anti-Virus programs are used to protect the computer against virus threats. At times, the pop-up windows are blocked by pop-up blocker or by Anti-Virus program. To resolve the problem: 1) Open Internet Explorer. 2) From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Pop-up Blocker'. 3) Click 'Turn Off Pop-up blocker'. 4) From the 'View' menu, select 'Toolbars'. 5) Disable the additional toolbars. 6) Open the Anti-Virus software installed on the computer. 7) Disable the Anti-Virus software. |
