Solution Details There are a number of possibilities why the PSP may have difficulty connecting to the Internet in Infrastructure Mode. To troubleshoot this issue, go through the following checklist to figure out what may be causing the problem: 1) Check your wireless access point or router to see if it is functioning properly. 2) See if the WLAN switch is turned on. 3) Your system may be too far from the network access point or router. Check the distance to the system. 4) Check to see if your network settings are correct. 5) You may be required to enter your system's MAC address depending on the LAN access point setting. The MAC address is listed under 'System Information' under the 'System Settings' menu. 6) Make certain that no other devices are interfering with wireless communication such as microwaves, cordless phones, etc. |
