Cause of Error This problem occurs when you access Blackboard from a Bookmark/Favorite that is going directly to the login screen. |
Solution Summary To prevent this from happening you must enter Blackboard by first going to the opening page (the Gateway page). Click the 'Login' button, and then enter your user name and password. If you wish to have Blackboard added to your Favorites, make sure that you bookmark the main page, not the Login page. |
