Cause of Error This issue applies to systems using LDAP authentication. If the user is a Blackboard user, but is not in the LDAP directory, the system does not fall back on Blackboard authentication. |
Solution Summary This issue is resolved in Release 6.0.10. If the user is not part of the LDAP directory, he or she may be authenticated against Blackboard. |
