Solution Summary Click 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'. Click 'Delete Files' to delete the temporary Internet files. Click the 'Settings' button. Select the 'Automatically' option and click 'OK'. Login again. |
Solution Details 1) In the Web Browser, click 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box appears.) 2) Click 'Delete Files' to delete the temporary Internet files. 3) Click the 'Settings' button. (The 'Settings' dialog box appears.)  'Settings' dialog box 4) Select the 'Automatically' option and click 'OK'. 5) Click 'OK'. 6) Login again.  NOTE: If the problem still persists, contact your Citrix system administrator. |
