Solution Details 1) On the Microsoft Windows taskbar, click 'Start', point to 'Settings', and then click 'Control Panel'. 2) Double-click 'Services'. 3) In the 'Service' list, click 'OracleServiceORCL', and then click 'Start'. 4) Click 'OracleTNSListener80', and then click 'Start'. 5) Click 'Close', and then return to the desktop. 6) Try connecting to the database again. |
