Solution Details

1) If necessary, start Form Builder, and then open the form in the Form Builder.
2) In Object Navigator, click the plus sign (+) to expand the form, if it is not already expanded, and then expand the 'Data Blocks' node.
3) Right-click the appropriate data block, and then click 'Property Palette'.
4) In the 'Query Data Source Name' box under 'Database', make sure that the object name is spelled correctly and that, if necessary, the owner is included in the reference in the following format:

5) Close the Property Palette, and then run the form again to perform the query.
